Business Growth Specialist

Maximize sales performance by leveraging experience in selling Practice Management, EMR, and/or Revenue Cycle Management Services.

A Bachelor's degree is highly valued.

Proven track record of achieving sales quotas is essential.

Excellent communication skills are required – verbal, written, and product demonstration.

Persuasive sales techniques must be utilized to present concepts and demonstrate software functionality.

A hunter mentality with a focus on new business development is necessary.

Comfort with medical and health IT terminology is preferred.

Knowledge of the healthcare IT industry, including PM, EMR, EDI, RCM, eRx tools, is advantageous.

Understanding of medical practice workflow and operational issues is beneficial.

Job Requirements
  • Closing sales of the RCM, EMR, and PMS solution to medical practices in defined regions and specialties.
  • Conduct daily new business prospecting through the sales team and lead nurturing for small, medium, and large medical practices.
  • Drive the sales cycle through qualification, discovery, planning, promotion, demonstration, referencing, and closing.
  • Analyze prospective customer needs and provide product and services information.
  • Educate and set expectations regarding the RCM solution, from demonstration to delivery to ongoing optimal usage.
  • Arrange, design, develop, and conduct team meetings, conference calls, and ongoing training programs.
  • Execute sales leveraging marketing materials, videos, portal demonstrations, and proposal documents.
  • Maintain ongoing industry and product knowledge, adapting to changes in the market/competition.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the sales team on established goals and objectives.
