Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Email Marketing and Lead Generation professional with 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, and project acquisition. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute strategic cold email campaigns targeting General Contractors and Subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and execute targeted cold email campaigns to attract new business opportunities.
  • Configure and optimize email infrastructure, including DNS records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-ups, and domain reputation management.
  • Design and implement diverse lead generation strategies to secure construction estimation projects.
  • Develop and maintain targeted prospect databases for effective outreach.
  • Monitor and optimize outreach campaigns for improved open, reply, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the estimation team to align efforts with project acquisition goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and B2B lead generation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of email setup and deliverability best practices.
  • Proven ability to generate leads from General Contractors and Subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in using outreach, automation, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on conversions and long-term client acquisition.
