Job Title: Customer Support Representative At Blue Cascade, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in Multan.  Requirements:
  • Customer Support and Technical Support skills: Ability to provide technical assistance and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Bachelors in English Literature or IELTS: A strong foundation in English literature or a valid IELTS score is required for effective communication.
  • Minimum one year experience in Inbound/Outbound calls: Previous experience in handling customer calls is necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Analytical Skills for problem-solving: Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication skills: Clear and concise communication skills to articulate complex ideas.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: A relevant bachelor's degree is required to meet the job requirements.
