- Bachelors in English Literature or IELTS: A strong foundation in English literature or a valid IELTS score is required for effective communication.
- Minimum one year experience in Inbound/Outbound calls: Previous experience in handling customer calls is necessary to succeed in this role.
- Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
