HR Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to provide comprehensive support to professionals and associate level employees. The successful candidate will work towards implementing strategic HR initiatives to drive business results and embed an inclusive company culture through various employee engagement activities.

About the Role:

This is a contract-based position that reports to the Director of HR. As an HR specialist, you will be responsible for providing support in employee life cycle management, performance improvement, headcount optimization, and cultural transformation. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of HR reports and resolve queries on our HR system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Engagement: Provide proactive support to internal stakeholders in organizing international and regional events, as well as local events to enhance employee experience and foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate the annual performance review process by identifying key themes and trends, and supporting business leaders in creating development plans to meet succession and team development needs.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Support end-to-end coordination for new joiner onboarding, including developing orientation plans and debriefing new joiners on HR processes and company policies.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Development: Collaborate with the Head of HR and HR Business Partners to implement structural improvements and functional reorganization to achieve business strategy and meet evolving talent needs.
  • HR Operations: Ensure timely delivery of HR reports and resolve HR system queries in collaboration with HR operations teams.
  • Cultural Transformation: Represent the HR function on local, regional, and corporate platforms to ensure company values are embedded at all sites.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Management Sciences
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR
  • English fluency, both written and spoken
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position based in Faisalabad, Pakistan, with a hybrid/onsite workplace type.
