Job Description:

As a Generalist in HR, you will play a pivotal role in implementing initiatives that foster our company values and embed an inclusive culture. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive HR support to professionals and associate level employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Provide support to internal stakeholders during annual performance reviews, and offer refresher sessions to employees on the effective utilization of our performance management system.
  • People & Capability Review: Facilitate the annual People & Capability process by identifying key themes and trends, and provide support to business leaders in creating robust development plans.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners, including developing detailed orientation plans and preparing organizational announcements.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Support HR leads in organizing international and regional events, and take initiatives to organize local events that enhance employee experience.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Development: Work closely with senior HR personnel to implement structural improvements and functional reorganization to achieve business strategy.
  • HR Operations: Ensure timely delivery of HR reports and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Learning Initiatives: Actively support employee development through Talent Academy and guide stakeholders to make the most out of this learning initiative.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Management Sciences
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
