Job Objectives

This consultancy aims to develop a training manual and handbook on conflict sensitivity, pre-emption, resolution, mediation, and minorities' rights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive training manual and handbook on conflict sensitivity, pre-emption, resolution, mediation, and minorities' rights.
  • Create pre and post-assessment forms in English and Sindhi.
  • Deliver 2-day training on conflict sensitivity, pre-emption, resolution, mediation, and minorities' rights, along with a detailed report.
  • Organize a 1-day refresher training on conflict sensitivity, pre-emption, resolution, and minority rights, including a report.
