Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, from initial job postings to new employee onboarding and integration into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage job advertisements, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Administer benefits programs, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in a fair and timely manner.

  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback sessions, to enhance employee development and growth.

  • Support the offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and analyze feedback to inform future business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, such as business administration or organizational development.
  • Proven experience as an HR professional in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
