We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Manager to lead our team and drive customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, developing staff, and driving revenue growth.
About the Job- Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct orientation programs for newly appointed staff, train them, and devise strategies to achieve repair and revenue targets.
- Assist in formulating, implementing, and improving service standards to ensure a memorable customer experience.
- Evaluate, monitor learning needs of staff, arrange training, and enhance knowledge and performance.
- Oversee reports for management, keep CSD staff informed of changes, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Develop long-term strategies to retain and import parts in line with company policy.
- Essential Skills:
- Effective Communication: Inform, help, and advise customers clearly and liaise effectively with other professionals.
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Demonstrate confidence, patience, politeness, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations.
