
Supportive Office Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Multitasking Office Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Main Responsibilities:- Managing administration duties to ensure efficient office operations.
- Coordinating housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensuring generator maintenance and backup petrol supplies.
- Managing inventory levels and expediting supply orders.
- Overseeing kitchen grocery management.
- Resolving technical issues related to networking, internet connections, cameras, etc.
- Configuring and repairing equipment such as printers, routers, and other devices.
- Recharging internet devices for sudden connectivity issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Purchasing electronic products as needed.
- Strong management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina.
- Proficiency in software, hardware, and networking.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Intermediate or graduation preferred.
