We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the technical liaison between our sales team and prospective clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to understand client needs and demonstrate how our CPaaS/SaaS solutions, enhanced by AI capabilities, can address those needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to comprehend customer requirements and present tailored solutions leveraging our CPaaS/SaaS offerings, including AI functionalities.
  • Analyze customer needs and design appropriate solutions integrating seamlessly with their existing systems and workflows.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) showcasing the value and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other documentation supporting the sales process.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging AI technologies in the SaaS and CPaaS space.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SaaS and CPaaS architectures, APIs, and integration methods.
  • AI Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of AI concepts and models, including various Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to interface effectively with C-level executives and technical decision-makers, presenting complex demos and conducting business-driven workshops.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in crafting impactful use cases and customer journeys based on thorough business analysis and customer requirements.
  • Technical Background: Solid technical background with proficiency in prompt engineering and programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java, as well as web technologies.
  • Sales Experience: Full-cycle SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients, with the ability to consistently deliver against targets.
  • Language: The right candidate should have a strong knowledge of both Urdu and English at business level.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
