Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to lead our mechanical team in routine, preventive and annual maintenance of machines.

  • Lead the mechanical team in routine, preventive and annual maintenance of machines.
  • Maintain the mechanical workshop, including machinery and accessories.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical faults in production lines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering (DAE) is required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar position are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the mechanical workshop, ensuring proper handling and record-keeping of spare parts and tools, as well as implementing relevant safety instructions.

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all plants in the factory.
  • Maximize process reliability while minimizing costs.
