Senior Category Manager

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing category strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead category revenue, profitability, and inventory performance by managing the full product lifecycle, including pricing and margin optimization at SKU level.
  • Shape the Home category portfolio through data-backed new product development, SKU rationalization, and phase-out plans aligned with consumer trends and business goals.
  • Develop accurate demand forecasts by SKU and work with supply chain to ensure ideal inventory cover, minimizing aged or excess stock.
  • Launch new products across bedroom, living, dining, kids, and storage segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop launch timelines, pricing actions, and category communication plans across channels.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in category management, product management, or brand management, preferably in the furniture, appliances, fashion or home decor sector.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful category strategies leading to significant revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams effectively.
