Senior SEO Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead our search engine optimization efforts and drive growth through effective online marketing strategies.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and on-page and off-page optimization techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO plans, managing and mentoring a team of SEO engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of SEO initiatives.
  • Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact search terms, and develop strategies to optimize website content and meta tags.
  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and refine on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase conversions.
  • Content Optimization: Optimize website content, including blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages, to improve search engine visibility and user engagement.
  • Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, identifying areas for improvement and developing data-driven strategies to enhance SEO efforts.
  • Link Building and Outreach: Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat link-building techniques, such as guest blogging, resource pages, and broken link building.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and current trends.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry-leading software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience, with a track record of driving results and improving performance.
