We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented LinkedIn Outreach and Email Campaign Specialist to support our marketing and sales initiatives.

This role involves identifying potential leads on LinkedIn, managing outreach sequences, and executing email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify ideal client profiles on LinkedIn.
  • Craft and send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
  • Build and manage outreach sequences using LinkedIn automation or CRM platforms.
  • Coordinate and execute outbound email campaigns using platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Monitor responses, track performance metrics, and adjust messaging to improve response and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.
  • Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for personalization and tone.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email campaign platforms, and LinkedIn automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
