Content Specialist Role Overview

CureMD is a healthcare technology company seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Content Specialist to support its digital marketing team. This hybrid role combines research with strategic content development, ideal for someone who enjoys investigating trends and crafting compelling narratives.

This position involves conducting market and competitor research, synthesizing research into clear insights, developing strategic content, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure content alignment. The successful candidate will also participate in brainstorming sessions and creative planning meetings, and explore AI tools to support content development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
  • Assist in synthesizing research into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and leadership.
  • Develop strategic content, including campaign messaging, creative briefs, and written materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content alignment with campaign objectives and brand voice.
  • Support A/B testing of messaging and creative content, and assist in interpreting results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, Social Science, or a research-heavy discipline.
  • 6–12 months of prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Interest in AI, prompt engineering, and future of intelligent marketing.
