**User Acquisition Manager Role Overview**

  • We are seeking a skilled User Acquisition Manager to lead our mobile gaming campaigns and drive business growth.

This role involves developing and executing effective user acquisition strategies to increase app installs, engagement, and revenue. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms (Mintegral, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin) to target specific audiences and optimize CPI, ROAS, and CTR.

  • Managing daily and weekly budgets to ensure optimal return on investment and identifying areas for cost savings.

  • Providing regular performance reports to stakeholders, including LTV, retention, and installation metrics.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in user acquisition or a related field, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.

  • Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms (Applovin, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mintegral).

  • Strong understanding of CPI bidding, ROAS optimization, audience targeting, and creative testing principles.

  • Bonus: Basic understanding of ASO principles.
