Key Responsibilities:

- Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad creatives, conducting A/B testing to identify high-performing variations.
- Market Research: Stay informed about advertising policies, market trends, and competitor strategies to drive innovation and maintain compliance.
- Trend Analysis: Keep up to date with market analysis, research, trends, and organic growth strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, monetization, and marketing teams to align acquisition strategies with revenue and engagement goals.
- Continuous Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize user acquisition campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in mobile app marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
