Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a senior member of our business intelligence unit, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting large datasets to identify patterns and trends.


Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in statistical software such as R or Python. Your ability to collect and organize data from various sources will be crucial in driving business decisions and shaping our company's strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Gather and process large datasets from diverse sources.
  2. Analyze data using advanced statistical methods to extract meaningful insights.
  3. Develop and maintain databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  4. Identify patterns and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  5. Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support.
  7. Monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  3. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  4. Strong analytical skills for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  7. Experience with Big Data is an advantage.
  8. Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi is beneficial.
