Job Title: Office Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Oversee petty cash management and financial transactions
  • Ensure office administration and maintenance services are provided
  • Provide reception duties and customer service support
  • Prepare basic accounting and financial reports
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in managing petty cash and financial transactions
  • Excellent spoken English language skills
  • A well-groomed personality with a smart and hardworking attitude
