Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role focuses on developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner.
  • Manage communication between applicants, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed about the status of each search.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and advertisements, and post them on various online platforms.
  • Review applications, evaluate qualifications, conduct prescreen interviews, and coordinate pre-employment tests as needed.
  • Present fully-screened candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
  • Manage candidate interview results and selection decisions with hiring managers, and provide feedback to candidates as appropriate.
  • Complete reference checks and background checks on selected candidates.
  • Participate in the offer process, including negotiating offers with candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
