
Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Admin Manager to oversee our administrative operations.
- Maintains workflow by analyzing current processes, implementing improvements, and developing reporting procedures.
- Creates and revises systems and procedures by examining operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and staff requirements; implements changes.
- Develops administrative staff by providing guidance and training.
- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating report preparation, data analysis, and solution identification.
- Ensures equipment operation by completing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs, maintaining inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides information by responding to inquiries.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, establishing networks, and participating in industry societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
