Job Title: Executive Operations Director

We're seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee our internal team and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content to clients.

This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, build efficient workflows, and maintain accountability throughout the organization.

  • Lead the internal team to manage day-to-day operations across client delivery and internal execution.
  • Develop and improve internal systems and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage production schedules to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
  • Hold team members accountable for clear outcomes and communicate priorities, updates, and blockers effectively.
  • Making informed decisions that balance quality and speed while hiring, onboarding, and managing team members as we scale.

We value candidates with:

  • 5+ years leading operations or delivery in a content, agency, or marketing company.
  • Strong background managing remote teams and creative workstreams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Google Drive.
  • Ability to manage both creative talent and operational team members.

Bonus requirements include:

  • Experience scaling a service business or agency.
  • Led production of short-form video, content calendars, or social campaigns.
