We are a premium content execution company that helps high-growth brands build a repeatable system for publishing videos, posts, and creative content on a weekly basis.

The Role: Head of Operations

As the Head of Operations, you will lead our internal team and manage all operations to deliver client content on time and in scope. You will oversee the management of weekly and monthly production schedules to meet client deadlines, ensure all client deliverables are sent on time, in scope, and on brand, and hold every team member accountable to clear outcomes.

You will also be responsible for building and improving internal systems and workflows using tools like Notion, Airtable, etc., and hiring, onboarding, and managing team members as we scale.

In addition, you will review performance data and solve bottlenecks to optimize our operations. If you have a strong background managing remote teams and creative workstreams, and proven experience building workflows, managing timelines, and driving accountability, then this is the ideal opportunity for you.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the internal team and manage all operations to deliver client content on time and in scope.
  • Build and improve internal systems and workflows using tools like Notion, Airtable, etc.
  • Manage weekly and monthly production schedules to meet client deadlines.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are sent on time, in scope, and on brand.
  • Hold every team member accountable to clear outcomes and communicate priorities, updates, and blockers across the team.
  • Make fast decisions that protect quality and speed.
  • Hire, onboard, and manage team members as we scale.

  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years leading operations or delivery in a content, agency, or marketing company.
  • Strong background managing remote teams and creative workstreams.
  • Proven experience building workflows, managing timelines, and driving accountability.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Slack, and Google Drive.
  • Comfort managing both creative talent and operational team members.
  • A deep belief in systems over chaos.
  • Obsession with outcomes over activity.
  • Clear thinking, calm energy, and a builder mindset.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience scaling a service business or agency.
  • Led production of short-form video, content calendars, or social campaigns.
  • Worked with AI tools in content or project delivery.
  • Familiarity with paid ad creative, organic content, and social media execution.
  • Run structured meetings, team check-ins, or performance reviews.
