We're seeking a dynamic Outreach Executive to join our team. As an integral part of our SEO team, you'll be responsible for building high-quality backlinks to enhance our website's search engine optimization (SEO) performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the SEO team to align outreach efforts with overall SEO objectives and keyword targets.
  2. Create engaging content ideas tailored to target audiences and aligned with SEO goals.
  3. Develop compelling outreach materials, including email pitches, guest post proposals, and social media messages.
  4. Foster relationships with relevant bloggers, influencers, and webmasters to secure backlinks.
  5. Conduct personalized outreach via email, social media, and other channels to promote content and request link placements.
  6. Track outreach activities and maintain a database of contacts, communications, and outcomes.
  7. Acquire high-quality backlinks through guest posting, resource link building, broken link building, and other white-hat SEO techniques.
  8. Nurture and maintain relationships with industry partners, bloggers, and website owners to facilitate ongoing collaboration opportunities.
  9. Monitor backlink profiles and analyze the impact of acquired links on search engine rankings and organic traffic.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in outreach and link building, preferably in an SEO or digital marketing role.
  2. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including link acquisition strategies, anchor text optimization, and Google algorithm updates.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages and build rapport with influencers and webmasters.
  4. Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics for backlink analysis and performance tracking.
  5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to adapt outreach strategies based on evolving SEO trends and algorithm changes.
