Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Outreach Specialist to join our agile team of professionals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify, research, and target high-potential prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage your expertise in building and managing targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and tools like Lead411.
- Craft engaging outreach messages and follow-up strategies that drive results.
- Develop comprehensive lead lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and market research.
- Execute structured follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation and branding efforts with overall business goals.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation activities, including response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in LinkedIn B2B lead generation or a related role with a focus on proposals, branding, and connection building.
- Skills:
- Strong experience in writing proposals and pitch decks tailored to diverse client needs.
- Proven ability to craft engaging outreach messages and follow-up strategies that drive results.
- Expertise in building and managing targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and tools like Lead411.
- Knowledge of branding principles and content strategies for LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho for lead tracking and follow-ups.
- Strong research skills to identify and qualify leads effectively.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and nurturing professional relationships.
- Analytical mindset to measure and improve lead generation activities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
