
Customer Service Manager

Main responsibilities of the Deputy Manager Customer Service include:
- Providing and ensuring world-class customer services.
- Designing and implementing result-oriented marketing strategies to ensure project success and company growth.
- Building the image and brand of projects as well as the company.
- Developing campaigns for new and existing projects, managing above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) activities.
The job requires:

- Effective negotiation skills.
- A presentable and pleasant personality.
- Energetic, innovative, and proactive qualities.
- The ability to think outside the box.
