We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team of call center officers. Key Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming customer calls and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns
- Explain products and services to customers, handling questions, and offering solutions
- Leading and managing a team of call center officers, providing backup support and ensuring team goals are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous call center experience is essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
