
Strategic Sales Executive

The Senior Enterprise Account Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic partnerships and achieving ambitious sales goals. This position requires a highly experienced and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in managing complex enterprise accounts.
Main Responsibilities- Expand our work in new areas of the client's business through new offerings and services via approved contracting channels.
- Originating and closing sales opportunities.
- Responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) around specific, approved opportunities.
- Managing Statements of Work (SOW) and providing status updates to clients for incremental work sold.
- Working closely with the commercial director to report on Profit & Loss (P&L) and Management Information Systems (MIS) for incremental sales.
- Creating and managing account-based and industry-specific marketing programs, including in-person events, webcasts, email campaigns, and content syndication.
- Collaborating across business units to align messaging, event formats, and goals.
- Building and maintaining C-level relationships to understand business goals, concerns, and priorities within key accounts.
- Partnering with extended internal teams to develop comprehensive account plans, ensuring long-term customer influence and achievement of sales goals.
This role includes routine work such as preparing weekly reports and quarterly review meetings, communicating findings to higher management, and maintaining essential data recording systems.
Key Qualifications- Deep industry knowledge and strong motivation.
- Familiarity with Arwen's solutions and products, proficiency in MS Office, and strong account management skills.
- Reliability, responsibility, dependability, driven to exceed sales targets, sound judgment, ability to manage decision influencers and makers, and to present and win business cases with senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degrees preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in a related field (System Integrator). Experience in IT sales (SI) with eight or more years is advantageous.
