Sales Territory Role

We are seeking a sales professional to manage distributors and trade for designated territories, ensuring effective distribution operations and delivering sales, Key Performance Indicators. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop an in-depth understanding of the sales industry and drive meaningful change through strategic growth and digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve business growth by meeting Underlying Volume/Sales targets.
  2. Enhance competitive visibility in stores.
  3. Coordinate distributor/customer operational plans/executions.
  4. Negotiate customer joint business planning agreements.
  5. Develop and implement efficient eRTM strategies, optimizing routes for DSRs.
  6. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives in the territory.
  7. Analyse financial data to enhance business profitability/gross margin.
  8. Lead and develop a team of professionals.
  9. Ensure business Key Performance Indicators are met.
  10. Re-evaluate processes after execution, applying strong analytical skills.

Requirements

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI software.
