Sales Performance Manager

- Forecast goals and objectives for the after sales department.
- Provide top-notch customer service and value.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify and retain existing customers while acquiring new ones.
- Implement effective procedures from receiving customer requests to vehicle delivery and follow-up.
- Ensure that service quality is maintained at its highest standard and customer complaints are minimized.
- Enforce compliance with brand warranty and policy procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between the brand and internal teams.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures based on brand CI standards.
- Assess and address future equipment, manpower, and parts stock level requirements for each service centre.
- Participate in annual business planning and contribute to achieving goals for the after sales department.
- Collaborate with brand principles on technical matters, campaign updates, recalls, procurement, and staff training.
- Guarantee staff receive adequate in-house and abroad training to improve their skills and product knowledge.
