Job Summary:

Sales Performance Optimization Leader is responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of our Sales Development team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that the team operates efficiently, achieves its objectives, and aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, formulate strategies, and support the team in qualifying leads and scheduling appointments with U.S.-based clients.
  • Develop and implement data-driven outreach strategies tailored to the U.S. market to maximize lead engagement and conversion.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of SDRs, ensuring they meet individual and collective KPIs while fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Partner with the marketing team to enhance lead-generation processes, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure seamless transitions of qualified leads to Account Executives, maintaining a streamlined sales process (SQL & MQL).
