Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled HR Executive to manage our company's recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. This role involves creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and overseeing our hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation. They will be responsible for making strategic decisions that align with the company's goals, ensuring we hire, develop, and retain qualified employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design compensation and benefits packages that attract top talent.
  • Implement performance review procedures, including quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations, to ensure fair assessment and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain fair HR policies, ensuring employees understand and comply with them.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to identify the best candidates.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees, promoting continuous growth and improvement.
  • Monitor and manage HR department operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage employees' grievances, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Create and run referral bonus programs to incentivize employee referrals.
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software, including HRIS and ATS, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
