Job Title: IT Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via AI-enhanced ticket system
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to Microsoft 365, email, Windows, and common SaaS tools
  • Install/configure software and provide remote desktop assistance
  • Maintain cloud environments (e.g., Azure) with basic upkeep
  • Communicate effectively with clients in fluent English
  • Escalate or resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Contribute to improving documentation and internal knowledge base
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and email setups
  • Experience with RDP, AnyDesk, or similar remote support tools
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Availability to work night shift hours consistently
  • High-speed internet connection required (minimum 20 Mbps)
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Azure or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
  • Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier)
  • Knowledge of Zoho, Shopify, or ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk)
