Customer Service Role

A dedicated and friendly representative will play a key role in delivering a positive experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

This position is accountable for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Escalating unresolved issues to management when required
