
Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities- Talk to customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate with customers to secure orders and resolve any issues.
- Update customers on the status of their orders and take follow-up actions as necessary.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Creative thinking to identify new sales opportunities.
- A minimum of one year of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales (Preferred).
- A minimum of three years of total work experience (Preferred).
- Confident communication with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Aftersales care to ensure client satisfaction.
- Researching industry trends and providing advice on client strategy.
- Giving presentations to clients about products or services.
- Handling complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
