Key Responsibilities:- Address Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Assist Customers: Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns, providing exceptional support throughout the process.
- Quality-Based Responses: Provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards, fostering strong relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is beneficial
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
- Personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed
