At Huzzle, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager/Account Manager to join our team. This pivotal role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer relationship management strategies to drive long-term growth and retention.
  • Provide exceptional onboarding and training experiences for customers, ensuring seamless product adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions, reducing churn through proactive engagement and support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyse usage metrics and feedback to inform data-driven insights, optimising engagement strategies and increasing success rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience and deliver meaningful insights.
  • Represent customer needs internally and champion solutions that drive long-term satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support roles.
  • Industry experience in SaaS, Tech, E-commerce, Marketing, Cybersecurity, FinTech, or other B2B-focused industries.
  • Proficiency in using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), customer engagement tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Fluent English language skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Reliable laptop and stable internet connection for remote work.
