Linux System Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Server Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical support and strong English communication skills.
This is a challenging role that requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, as well as maintain web hosting services and Linux servers to support business operations and end users.
Key Responsibilities:- Linux server administration and technical support operations, including implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, security, and usage monitoring.
- Customer support, providing timely and effective solutions to customer queries and issues.
The successful candidate will be a problem solver with analytical thinking abilities, able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Hosting Control Panels like cPanel, WHM, Plesk, etc. and knowledge of virtualization technologies (Xen, XenServer, VMware, Hyper-V) are highly desirable.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of web technologies, platforms, applications, search engines, DNS/BIND, email, web servers, monitoring/NMS, clustering, rDNS, email clients (Outlook/Thunderbird), and databases. They will also be capable of managing customer VPS and dedicated servers and troubleshooting reported issues independently.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in Linux server administration.
- Experience in the web hosting industry and Linux certification is a plus.
- Strong English communication is compulsory.
- Able to maintain databases and server backups.
