Job Summary:

This role will oversee the delivery of sales and service operations, ensuring seamless client engagement, revenue growth, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving business expansion, and maintaining high standards of service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire new priority-qualified clients through effective engagement strategies.
  2. Provide exceptional services to clients from assigned portfolios, including dormancy removal and service requests.
  3. Cross-sell products to clients based on identified needs, fostering long-term relationships.
  4. Increase wealth management penetration by acquiring new-to-wealth clients.
  5. Migrate clients to digital channels for regular banking transactions, enhancing convenience.
  6. Convert assigned leads into profitable opportunities.
  7. Maintain regular client contact as per prescribed guidelines, ensuring timely interventions.
  8. Implement tailored client journey enhancements for priority clients, resulting in improved satisfaction.

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  3. Problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational excellence and compliance.
