As a project leader, you will oversee active take offs and supervise a draftsman in charge of detail drawings. You will also coordinate and schedule projects while maintaining effective project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active participation in construction-related activities as it relates to project leadership is essential.
  • The ideal candidate must be highly organized, methodical, and detailed-oriented.
  • Proficiency in AUTOCAD, MS Word, and exceptional skills in Excel are required.
  • Experience in project management software is highly desirable, and proven project management skills are necessary.

The successful candidate must possess excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. They must also have good contact numbers and a late-model computer with a DSL connection and UPS protection against blackouts.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working from home initially. The working hours start at 6:00 PM Pakistan time, and the day consists of a minimum of 8 hours excluding lunch breaks.
