Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a talented and versatile professional to fill the role of Human Resources Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting the growth and development of our organization.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
  • Conducting interviews with candidates;
  • Performing performance appraisals of personnel and conducting probation completion sessions;
  • Coordinating salary meetings at the end of every month;
  • Monitoring team members' performance and motivation in collaboration with team leads and project managers, and devising strategies to improve morale and productivity;
  • Initiating disciplinary actions through investigation and resolving any issues or grievances among team members or personnel;
  • Issuing appointments and other HR-related documents;
  • Conducting exit interviews at the time of employee resignation;
  • Developing contingency plans and career designs for new joiners and existing workforce;
  • Liaising and coordinating decisions and HR data among team leads, project managers, and top management.

Administration Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for supervising and managing all day-to-day office administrative activities, including implementing policies and procedures for lower staff, supervising office boys, overseeing security and safety, overseeing mess staff, and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance activities of the office. Additionally, you will handle all external affairs of the company and manage daily routine purchasing. You will also recruit, orient, and train new lower staff and perform any additional duties assigned by the Manager.
