Job Role: Sales Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • To drive sales efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing data and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance.
  • Manage core business and financial services operational tasks, supporting the sales team with end-to-end handling in franchise documentation and ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing DFS credit management, including credit issuance and recovery. You will also work closely with fraud/compliance/MMBL/FIA teams to ensure SBP laws/regulations are followed by the channel.

The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. Additionally, they should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between departments and foster a collaborative environment.

This role requires a high level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will also have a solid understanding of sales operations, with experience in streamlining reporting processes and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
