Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Proactively engage with customers through live chat, responding promptly and accurately to their inquiries.
- Provide expert product information, assist with troubleshooting, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate empathy to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet daily performance targets while maintaining punctuality for optimal support coverage.
- Accurately document interactions and follow-up requirements as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Intermediate level or equivalent qualification.
- Languages and Skills: Proficiency in English with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- Work Schedule: Night shift operations from 6 PM to 6 AM.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: PKR 45,000.
- Punctuality Bonus: Additional PKR 5,000.
- Daily Performance-Based Incentives: Meeting performance targets attracts additional rewards.
