Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Proactively engage with customers through live chat, responding promptly and accurately to their inquiries.
  • Provide expert product information, assist with troubleshooting, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate empathy to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Meet daily performance targets while maintaining punctuality for optimal support coverage.
  • Accurately document interactions and follow-up requirements as necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Intermediate level or equivalent qualification.
  • Languages and Skills: Proficiency in English with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Work Schedule: Night shift operations from 6 PM to 6 AM.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: PKR 45,000.
  • Punctuality Bonus: Additional PKR 5,000.
  • Daily Performance-Based Incentives: Meeting performance targets attracts additional rewards.
