
Lead Generation and Social Media Outreach Professional

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative specialist to scale our social media outreach strategy through innovative growth hacking methods.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling cold outreach systems across multiple social media platforms to generate qualified leads and initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and optimize cold DM campaigns on Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Develop and manage a system of aged and burner accounts to ensure seamless outreach operations and avoid platform limitations.
• Implement multi-account outreach strategies to scale lead generation efforts without triggering spam filters and maintain high-quality personalization and engagement.
• Leverage automation tools to streamline outreach workflows while preserving messaging quality and personal touch.
• Continuously test and refine messaging, account setups, and outreach tactics to improve conversion rates and enhance campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the growth team to synchronize outreach efforts with campaign goals and target audience requirements.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to identify successful strategies and optimize future initiatives.
Required Skills:
You should possess:
• Proven experience in cold outreach via social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• A deep understanding of growth hacking principles and outbound lead generation tactics.
• Experience in managing multiple aged/burner accounts at scale.
• Familiarity with DM automation tools (Phantombuster, TexAu, HeyReach, etc.).
• A/B testing mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to craft concise, compelling cold messages that drive conversions.
• Creative problem-solving and a willingness to experiment outside conventional boundaries.
