We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator at Faredi Memorial Girls Secondary School.

Job Description:

  • Assist in the recruitment process for teaching staff, ensuring a smooth transition into our school community.
  • Coordinate the development and preparation of educational materials, including syllabi, timetables, and examination papers.
  • Ensure the successful execution of exams and results preparation, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Oversee daily school operations, guaranteeing a productive work environment that fosters collaboration and learning.
  • Frequently interact with teachers, students, and parents, promoting effective communication and relationships.
  • Implement school policies and procedures, upholding the values and mission of our institution.
  • Maintain digital boards and organize events, showcasing the school's commitment to innovation and community engagement.
  • Manage school operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a positive work culture.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field, with a strong understanding of teaching methods and educational protocols.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administration or teaching, with a proven track record of success and growth.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Preferred Location: Candidates residing near Gulistan e Jauhar and Gulshan areas will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: PKR 30,000 - 35,000 per month.
