Administrative Grants Coordinator

Aga Khan University is seeking an Administrative Grants Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating grants, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with grant agreements and internal policies.
This is a key role within our department, requiring a high level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree or above from a reputable university, additional certification in research and grants administration, and 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
You will also need experience working with donors, granting agencies, NGOs, and government agencies, proficient in financial systems and contract law, and strong communication and analytical skills.
- Develop financial plans and allocate budgets according to project needs
- Review financial proposals, including budgets and grant agreements, prior to submission
- Ensure timely payments and compliance with grant agreements and internal policies
- Coordinate external and internal audits
- Manage existing grants and allocate resources to support ongoing research projects
- Handle paperwork and documentation related to grant-funded programs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
