Performance Analyst Role

This role involves leveraging data-driven insights to optimize homepage performance and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track key user behavior metrics such as unique visitors, click-through rates, bounce rates, and scroll depth.
  • Build tailored logic and create independent databases to access granular insights related to homepage visibility, engagement, and performance gaps.
  • Diagnose homepage loopholes or drop-off points using deep-dive data analysis and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Design comprehensive dashboards and automated reports to monitor homepage health and support ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
  • Deliver clear recommendations to enhance homepage visibility, user retention, and conversion efficiency.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven proficiency in SQL, data visualization/analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience analyzing user behavior metrics and homepage performance in a data-driven environment.
  • Ability to build custom databases and dashboards to derive actionable insights beyond standard reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized and proactive approach to problem-solving.
