Business Development Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Talent Development: Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills of our sales team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and negotiate agreements with customers.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
