Dynamics 365 Finance Implementation Expert

We seek an accomplished professional with extensive experience in implementing and customizing D365 solutions. This role demands a profound understanding of finance processes to effectively address client needs and optimize system functionalities.

  • Document functional requirements from clients, ensuring that business needs are accurately reflected in the solution.
  • Implement SCM/Finance/Project modules in Dynamics 365, harnessing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, promoting open communication and successful project delivery.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Perform quality assurance and testing to validate system functionality, guaranteeing high-quality results.
  • Deliver post-go-live support and training to users, empowering them to maximize their use of the system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in D365, continually enhancing your skills and expertise to remain competitive.
  • Drive innovation and improvement within the organization, suggesting new approaches and best practices to enhance project delivery.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 SCM/Finance/Project modules, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum three full-cycle ERP implementations, including at least one implementation in a grocery business industry, showcasing your adaptability and ability to navigate diverse environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to effectively manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines to deliver results on time, balancing competing demands and pressures.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Sure Step methodology, leveraging its structured approach to drive project success.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly valued, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Education: ACCA, CA, MBA, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, showcasing your academic achievements and dedication to excellence.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 SCM implementation, highlighting your depth of knowledge and hands-on experience.
