Job Overview:
The Business Development Consultant plays a critical role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving sales, and fostering relationships with potential clients.
This position requires a proactive approach to client acquisition, business expansion, and service diversification, focusing on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to client onboarding and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition and Business Development:
- Identify and onboard new clients, expanding the company's client base and driving revenue growth.
- Pitch the company's recruitment and other services to potential clients, highlighting our value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial business partnerships.
- Achieve sales and recruitment targets by consistently bringing in new business and building strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to onboarded clients, ensuring timely and successful project outcomes.
- Manage relationships with clients post-onboarding, providing exceptional customer service and driving long-term partnerships.
- Present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and expectations.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the successful placement of candidates and drive business growth.
- Meet or exceed KPIs, including revenue generation from client onboarding, successful placements, and service expansion, driving business success.
- Monitor progress against KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to the Country Manager, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Work under the direction of the Country Manager and ensure full compliance with all company directives, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client management, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and contribute to business growth, with a passion for innovation and excellence.
- Knowledge of the recruitment or staffing industry is preferred, but not required.
